An HR Administrative Assistant will be performing all needed duties around the office and internal business.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the process and handling of Workers Compensation, Temp/employee Timecards, all employee paperwork, the on boarding process, and employee disciplinary action process.
2 years Human Resource office experience is required along with knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
